Replica of 19th and early 20th Century light fixture that would have been commonly found on old Tramp Steamers. An interesting combination of wood, brass and leather with an electric cord. Hang this lamp or use as a table lamp and bring a touch of nautical history to your decor..
Clearly created in a workroom instead of a Italian designers studio. Used by early sailors or Stevedore’s to provide a small amount of light as they worked below decks in cargo holds. Feels good to the touch and even better to view. Lamps like this provided lighting for passages, galleries and corridors of 19th and early 20th Century steamships and tramp steamers.
