Shipping Rates

    • Standard Shipping

    Standard Shipping takes between 1 -10 business days for delivery depending on your location and items ordered. Most orders arrive in 3 – 5 days. Orders for in stock items placed M-F before Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm CST usually ship the same day. Orders placed after Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm CST M-F, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day. Orders shipped via standard shipping are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS based on delivery location and items ordered. We do not accept carrier preferences for Standard Shipping.

    Expedited Shipping

    We offer 2nd and Next Day Delivery at a flat rate based on total order value. Expedited shipping is only available on orders shipped within the Continental United States. Orders with expedited shipping placed M-F before Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm CST will ship the same day. Orders placed after Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm CST M-F, on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Expedited orders will ship either FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express Mail based on the option you choose, shipping address and items ordered. If you have a preference as to which carrier you prefer please indicate this in the customer notes field and we will do our best to ship your via your preferred carrier. We reserve the right to ship your order in the method that best ensures on time delivery.

    Additional Information

    Shipping Cut-Off Times – Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm CST is the cut off for expedited shipping.

    PO Boxes – There may be additional charges for irregular or oversized boxes going to PO boxes. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to shipping your order.

    Signature Confirmation – To ensure the safety of your order, orders over $200 will be shipped with signature confirmation. Most couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package to us. If you will be unavailable, please arrange a signed note or family member to receive the package.

    Shipping Restrictions – Some of the products available on our websites have specific restrictions on where and how they can be shipped. We have done our best to make note of these in the product descriptions. These restrictions are based on Federal and Local Regulations and in general apply to products that contain alcohol, contents under pressure, or fall under CA Prop 65. We will contact you prior to shipping your order if an issues arises.
